About Us

On any given night, Allstate Arena transforms a suburban intersection on Mannheim Road into the loudest block in the Chicago metro. The 18,000-capacity bowl has hosted everyone from championship boxing cards to sold-out stadium tours, and the sightlines hold up from the upper deck to the floor. Reviewers consistently call out the sound quality as a genuine strength, not a polite afterthought, which matters when you drove here for the music.

The arena sits in Rosemont, IL, a village that takes hosting seriously. Massive surface lots surround the building, so the dreaded post-show parking exodus is more of a slow shuffle than a gridlock nightmare. Staff keeps the crowd moving efficiently, the concourses stay clean even on sellout nights, and the concession layout means you spend less time in line and more time watching the show.

With a 4.3-star rating across nearly 13,000 reviews, the arena earns its reputation the hard way, one event at a time. Whether it's a superstar residency, a major wrestling card, or a college graduation ceremony, the building delivers the scale that smaller Chicago venues simply cannot match.

What We Offer

Allstate Arena books the full spectrum of live entertainment. Concert nights dominate the calendar, with touring acts filling the floor and bowl configurations depending on the show's scale. The arena also hosts professional sports events, ice shows, family entertainment productions, and large corporate or civic gatherings that need a venue measured in thousands, not hundreds.

For event planners and promoters, the facility offers flexible staging configurations, multiple premium seating tiers, and a location that draws from the entire Chicagoland region. VIP suites and club-level amenities give premium ticket holders a separate experience without leaving the building. Accessible seating and dedicated entry points are available throughout the venue.

On the guest side, the arena provides ample free parking, a full range of food and beverage options across the concourse, and proximity to Rosemont's hotel corridor and the Blue Line CTA station for those who prefer to skip the car entirely.

Why Choose Us

Located directly on Mannheim Road in Rosemont, minutes from O'Hare and accessible from every major Chicago expressway.
Flexible seating configurations scale from intimate floor shows to full 18,000-capacity arena spectacles.
On-site staff consistently praised for efficient crowd management and clean, well-organized facilities.

"Excellent venue for concerts and live events! The arena offers great views from different seating sections, and the sound quality is fantastic. The parking lot is huge, making it very convenient to arrive and leave the event. Another great advantage is that there are several hotels and restaurants nearby, which makes the overall experience even more comfortable, especially for visitors coming from out of town. Everything was well organized, and I had an amazing time from start to finish. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back for another event. Highly recommended! 🎶🎤✨"

"It’s pretty big inside. If you have kids high chance they can get lost and or hurt due to how many stairs they have. If you are a bigger person very tight squeeze in the seats. Overall experience was great one of the best concerts I’ve been to. Three Days Grace."

"Came here for a concert and overall had a good experience. The venue felt well organized, staff handled the crowds efficiently, and the facilities were clean and convenient. It gets extremely crowded when exiting and rideshare pickup can take a long time. A better option is to walk over to nearby places like Target or Chipotle and request an Uber/Lyft from there to avoid getting stuck in the heavy traffic around the arena."

"From start to finish, the Ghost show at Allstate Arena was nothing short of spectacular. The venue (6920 N. Mannheim Rd., Rosemont) was buzzing with excitement long before the lights went down. Once the lights dimmed and the first chords echoed through the arena, you could tell this wasn’t just a concert—it was a full‑scale ritual. The stage production was jaw‑dropping. Giant stained‑glass visuals, haunting lighting shifts, smoke that rolled across the floor like mist in a crypt—Ghost pulled out all the stops. One review described it as: > “From the opening note, the Allstate Arena Ghost concert felt more like stepping into a Gothic cathedral on the moon.” You could feel the power of every riff, every synth tone, and the vocals of Papa V Perpetua (the new frontman in the Ghost mythology) were commanding, theatrical and deeply immersive. What also stood out was the phone‑free policy. They required all attendees to place their devices in Yondr pouches—no distracting screens, no mid‑song lights, just pure, raw experience. It changed the atmosphere in the best way possible. The crowd was completely present—singing, moving, fully locked in. The set list was a master‑class in balancing new and classic material. Cuts from the new album Skeletá (released earlier in 2025) were woven alongside fan‑favorite anthems—creating a journey through Ghost’s sound that felt both fresh and deeply familiar. As for the crowd and energy—wow. The arena felt packed, the pit was alive, voices chanting, hands raised, the floor moving as one mass of fans. One fan shared: > “Attended my first Ritual last night … I left that concert the happiest I’ve been in a while and I still feel it… I still feel like I’m going to be smiling over the show …” If you were in the crowd, you knew you were in the right place at the right time. The sound quality held up beautifully even in a big venue like Allstate. You could hear the subtle layers—the backing vocals, the keyboards, the imposing guitar—and the mix kept everything clear and powerful. The visuals and audio combined to create a sensory assault in the best possible way. Logistics were handled well: parking, entrance, merchandising—all seemed organized for the mass crowd. If anything, the merch line and early arrival gathered a lively group of fans trading and mingling before doors opened. In summary, Ghost didn’t just perform—they elevated the experience of live rock/metal in this region. If you were there, you’ll remember it. If you weren’t, it’s definitely worth catching them next time—they set a high bar tonight. Highly recommended for anyone who loves live spectacle, great songwriting, theatrical performance, or just wants to be part of a community of fans having the time of their lives. Five stars all the way."

"We went for a PWHL exhibition game in March 2026. Venue is amazing, but parking is horrible. They need to find more efficient ways to park and to exit after the event. Not enough signs and people to guide everyone. Parking lot is huge but poorly managed. Food is pretty expensive and limited variety inside. They don't allow outside food and drinks."
